Residential Rental Licensing Program

The City of Thorold recently passed a bylaw that has seen a regulatory/licensing program implemented on January 1, 2018 for landlords with properties in the City of Thorold.

Through our listing service, we will acknowledge landlords and properties who participate in this program. In addition, we are offering licensed landlords/properties a free upgrade to a enhanced listing for the cost of a basic listing fee (approximately $20.00 in savings for each listing). Licensed landlords/properties will be prompted to provide their license number during the posting process, which will be validated by Brock Off-Campus Living staff with assistance from the City of Thorold.
